Each Rudolf device requires an active subscription to work.
The subscription to the Rudolf device takes effect from the date of its activation and is valid for one year (365 days).
When you make a purchase, the subscription will be added directly to your Anicare account when you use the same email address.
Before the subscription expires, you will be reminded by Anicare that the subscription has expired. You can purchase an extension to your existing subscription or subscribe to a new subscription for your Rudolf device.
If a Rudolf device connected to an active subscription is disabled while the subscription is still active, you can add a new Rudolf device to the same subscription for the remainder of the subscription.
In Anicare, you can see in real time how many free subscriptions for a username have been purchased and how many Rudolf devices you can add to the app.
You don’t have to remember when the subscriptions were purchased. The Anicare app notifies you one month before the end of the subscription, so you have plenty of time to purchase an extension for your device if necessary.
The interfaces ensure that you can focus on the essential, ie. caring for and following reindeer.
You can also pay flexibly in instalments with a payment period of up to 36 months. The instalment is selected when making the payment.
