DELIVERY TIMES AND SALES REGIONS
The delivery time of the order is determined by the delivery times of the products and the selected payment and delivery methods. The delivery time for the order is normally 2-5 working days.
Product-specific delivery times are displayed on the product card for each product. The terms and conditions of payment and delivery methods are shown on this page under Delivery methods and payment methods. The delivery times given are estimates of delivery times and are not binding on the seller.
Our products can only be ordered via the online store in Finland, Norway and Sverige. If you are interested in ordering products abroad or in Åland, please contact us by e-mail rudolf@Anicare.fi.

We deliver orders using the delivery methods listed below. You will also see the delivery time and price for each delivery method. The availability of delivery methods is limited by the product. The delivery methods available for each order are automatically displayed in the shopping cart and prices are calculated automatically.
If all the products in the order are not in stock, your order will be waiting for the missing products. The order will be delivered in full when the entire order is ready for delivery. If necessary, we deliver separately the products immediately available in stock and the remaining products with postdelivery. In this case, the customer will be charged a fee for postdelivery in accordance with the actual delivery costs. If you are interested in postdelivery, please contact our customer service and include your order number.
We always deliver orders by registered mail or parcel, due to the value of the product and the traceability of the shipment. We reserve the right to send the order by another delivery method, if the order does not need to be sent by registered mail due to the value or size of the product.
Post office, delivery to home address. (Letters)
If the size of your order allows the letter to be sent, your order can be delivered to the address you provided as a letter in accordance with the delivery terms. The letter is not traceable and the supplier does not take responsibility for the delivery.
Post office, to the nearest pick-up point. (Registered letters / packages)
Your order will be delivered to the Post office of your choice in accordance with the delivery terms. You can track the progress of a package using a tracking code and redeem the package using that code. Note! When ordering, please indicate the telephone number, as the Post office in Finland will no longer send the arrival notification in paper form.
Courier service, to the nearest pick-up point
Your order will be delivered to the Matkahuolto office of your choice in accordance with the delivery terms. You can track the progress of a package using the tracking code we provide and redeem the package using that code.
RETURN POLICY AND INSTRUCTIONS
Purchases have a 14-day right of exchange and return, calculated from the time of purchase. The returned products must be in unopened packaging and in good condition for sale. If these conditions are met, it is possible for the customer to get their money back if they do not want to exchange the product.
If the package has been damaged during transportation and the products ordered have also been damaged, report the damage and make a claim immediately at the post office. Then please contact us regarding the delivery of a new product.
We do not grant a unilateral right of withdrawal for products made or modified at the customer’s request. Any costs incurred in connection with the order cancellation will be charged in full from the customer.
Before returning the products, please make sure that the products are undamaged and in good condition for sale. Otherwise, Anicare Oy reserves the right to charge the costs of unjustified returns, however always at least EUR 50,00.
The product is not considered to have been in use if the customer has handled the product only as is necessary to verify its nature and characteristics. Electrical activation of the device or removal of the identification card is read as such use that the right of return is no longer valid.
Digitally deployed products, such as software, licences, and other similar products, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If the customer has given the company name when placing the order, it is considered that the goods are ordered for the company and the normal right of return under the Consumer Protection Act does not apply.
In case of return, please contact us by email email@example.com and we will process the return. Please include the following information in the email:
Name, Address and phone number
Your account number for a refund or information if you want to exchange the product for a new one.
The order number. Can be found on both the receipt and the order confirmation sent by email.

By providing us with the most accurate information possible, you will help us process your return and expedite our processing.
Returns are free of charge within Finland. When returning any international orders, we will charge the customer for the additional costs of the return.
